Fees

Our private practice fees for educational psychology reports, and our rates for schools and settings.

Reports for your child

  • Report for an EHC needs assessment

    Published report fee: £1,250

Psychological advice about your child’s needs and the support that may help them, to inform an Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessment.

    Ask about an EHCP report
  • Full educational psychology report

    Published report fee: £1,000

A report to help understand your child’s learning and development needs and explore support. We can discuss which report fits the questions you want to answer.

    Enquire about an assessment

Every report is written by Dr Sophia Bentley, an HCPC-registered educational psychologist. Not sure which report you need? We can talk through your circumstances, the work involved and which option is right before you decide.

Questions about fees

Which report should I ask about?

The EHC needs assessment report is intended to inform that statutory process. A full educational psychology report can help explore your child’s learning and development needs more broadly. Tell us what you need the report for so we can discuss the right scope.

Read about reports and EHC needs assessments.

Is help beyond the report included?

Support with EHC needs assessment applications, annual reviews and tribunals isn’t included in a report fee. Tell us the stage you’ve reached and any deadline, and we’ll give you a separate quote.

Do visits cost extra?

We visit families and schools in Leeds and across Yorkshire. We’ll discuss the location, arrangements and any travel cost with you before booking.
